Mortgages: Mortgage rates hit lowest levels of the year
CHICAGO (MarketWatch) — Mortgage rates fell to their lowest levels of the year, and rates on 5-year adjustable-rate mortgages hit a record low, according to Freddie Mac’s weekly survey of conforming mortgage rates, released on Thursday.
